In accordance with our club’s constitution, our Annual General Meeting will be held at our Sydney Olympic Park clubhouse at 11:00am on Saturday, 31 January.

Individual Members shall have the right to receive notice of General Meetings and to be present, to debate, and to vote at General Meetings.

Junior Members, who, subject to this Constitution, shall have the right to receive notice of General Meetings but have no right to be present, debate, or vote at General Meetings. A parent/guardian of any Junior Member shall have the right to be present and to debate, but not to vote, at General Meetings on behalf of the Junior Member.

It is necessary to fill three Board Director positions (two‑year term).
